We camped outside even though we rented the house, and the next morning, everyone began cleaning up the house. This was a house that could fit many people and there were many small rooms, so we started by cleaning the rooms that could be used. The girls from the merchant and adventurer groups cleaned, so the boys from the adventurer group did the repairs.

I put the horse carriages that were in the garden into my『Item Box』, and piled up the lumber and stones in the open space. The adventurer group had helped me many times with building houses and huts, so they were good at making simple repairs.

Just past noon, we completed the first stage, so we went downtown to eat lunch. It was similar to a street for adventurers where there were a lot of places that served large volumes of meat.

After lunch, the merchant group went to go handle the formalities at the Commerce Guild, and the adventurer group went shopping for the things that they would need in order to undergo the dungeon.

It seems that the adventurer group had promised to go with the escort adventurers who we traveled with to the dungeon city, so they said that they were departing tomorrow. It seems that there were adventurers who had gone through the dungeon, and they had taught them various things. This was the first time we’ve been here, so I was grateful for this. At the Commerce Guild, we were able to smoothly draw up the contract for renting the house. For now, it was a one year contract. As for the rent, the house was big, so it was reasonable, but thanks to the fact that we bore the repair fees and the contract for the potion sales, it was a little cheaper.

On the way back from the guild, we walked through the main street, looking at what was being sold, and what could be sold. In fact, it was similar to buying and eating food, but I thought that it was good to do so while having fun.

I heard about some things from the merchants and the adventurers, but it seems that the food was abundant. Like the meat skewers, for the price and the amount, they were quite a good deal, and there were not a lot of fruits and vegetables, but they were selling them. There was a forest within the dungeon, and one could harvest the fruits and vegetables. There was the sea inside the dungeon as well, so it seems that you could catch the fish, but it was a dungeon, so there was the issue of not being able to carry too much on you. Compared to the fruits and vegetables, they did not appear in the market much. If there was the sea, then it seems that salt could be made as well, but it would be difficult to bring back a large amount of the seawater, and on the other hand, it would not be easy to make salt in the dungeon, so the salt could be sold at a stable price.

While walking around town, we searched for the shops of the merchants who we came here with as well as the shops that they had told us about. When we found one, we asked the people there about the next shop and we went around to ten shops. Today, we just gave our greetings and we promised to come and sell our potions another day. While we were at it, we asked about the shops of the Dwarves, so we just confirmed the location and after selling the potions, let’s all go take a look.

Returning to the house, the adventurer group had already returned. Although I said that they went shopping, we had almost everything, so they just bought preserved foods. They brought back various preserved foods, but tasting the local foods was an experience as well. If they were unpalatable, then we would bring a lot from the orphanage, and it might even be a chance to start selling a new product.

This time, it seems that they were aiming to reach the fifth floor in four to five days. The reason why it was the fifth floor, was because there were teleportation devices installed every five floors so that people could return to the entrance. Ojii-san could use teleportation magic, so he was oblivious to it, but basically, this magic was quite rare. However, for some reason, there were teleportation devices in every dungeon, which would be useful when capturing it.

Because of that, in this dungeon, the strategy for capturing was every fifth floor, and it seems that it was a good stopping point, so this time, it was up until the fifth floor.

I told them not to take them out unless necessary, but there were potions and preserved foods in the magic bags, so they didn’t need to worry if they ended up coming back later than expected, but I wanted them to come back safely.
