「Hurry up and leave!」

「How long are you guys going to stay here?」

「Stop fooling around!」

「You guys should be the ones to hurry up and go away!」

「You guys, what are you guys doing!」

「Tsk, the soldiers are coming, you guys, let’s go.」

It’s already been a week since we returned to the orphanage. The vulgar adventurers came to the orphanage every day and shouted in a loud voice, to the extent that one could say that they did nothing else. And, a little while later, the patrolling guards would come around and the adventurers would run away. This had happened repeatedly.

Once in a while, the irritating adventurers would be arrested, and it was not just the orphanage, there would be complaints from the neighborhood, but their behavior was not to the extent of being criminal, so they would soon be released, and it would, honestly, continue all over again.

That being the case, what should we do. Although the other party was the next feudal lord, the ones actually doing all this were the vulgar ad・ventur・ers. That being the case, we decided to consult the Adventurer Guild.

However, Adventurer Guild, as it were, was something like a Public Employment Security Office. Although it was a universal organization, they were not in a position where they would be able to talk to any country or noble, and even if there were rules, they were not laws. For example, there was a rule like「You may not inflict harm on the residents」, but that was common sense, and if you violated it, then you would just get penalized. A heavy punishment would just be expulsion from the guild, but the vulgar adventurers had already become the private army of the next feudal lord, so even if they were expelled, it would not pose as a problem to them, and if anything, they would quit themselves. 

「Those guys are persistent.」

「They come to the orphanage every day and not do anything?」

We were talking with each other while feeling fed up with the earnest(?) adventurers who came every single day.

「As expected, should we give up this place?」

In the end, the conversation came to this. One thing or another, the orphanage was the home where we were raised and we didn’t want to give it up, but to be honest, there was nothing that could be done.

And, each day passed just like the day before, and after having returned to the orphanage for two weeks, the situation changed.

「It is the feudal lord’s order, vacate this place tomorrow.」

Looking apologetic, the knight who read the order from the new・feudal lord left.

The feudal lord’s son finally received approval from the king and officially became the feudal lord. And, acted with an iron fist, immediately sending a messenger to the orphanage. That was the knight from a moment ago. Unlike the private army, knights had a certain position, and if we didn’t obey the ridiculous order of the feudal lord who became an official noble, we would be subject to punishment.

「The time has come, huh.」

If we don’t give it to them, then we would be criminals.」

「What crime?」

「The crime of disobeying a noble, right?」

In an empty room, the members of the orphanage were talking. We’d already packed everything in the orphanage, and Director-sensei too had evacuated. Those remaining were just the usual four people, and the representatives of the adventurer group and the productions group.

Fortunately, the vegetables in the field could be transferred into pots and for some reason, they could be put in my『Item Box』, so I was able to bring them with us. They had already been transported to the farm, so the children and the Kolbolds were replanting them.

In addition, things like the storage room and the bath were things that we had made ourselves afterwards, so I was easily able to put them into my『Item Box』. As such, currently, only the orphanage was standing on this land.

And so, the next day. We bid farewell to the place where the orphanage was located, feeling sad and frustrated.
